The cafe that started a culinary empire. Three Blue Ducks sits just steps from the sand at Bronte Beach and was the first in a group that now includes cafes in Rosebery and Brisbane, a farm in Byron Bay, four cookbooks, and a range of tea. There’s a genuine focus on sustainability, with a kitchen garden filled with herbs, vegetables, beehives and chickens just behind the cafe. The black sausage with scrambled eggs is the signature breakfast dish or try the house made Vegemite on toast. At dinner, the menu is designed to share with roasted octopus, maple glazed brisket and crispy barramundi.
