The Glenmore in The Rocks has been an Aussie icon since
1921, boasting one of the best rooftop bars in the city
with stellar views of Sydney Harbour.
Just as popular as the sun-drenched rooftop is the
delicious pub fare - the classics you know and love, done
well. The Glenmore is where you feel cosy and
comfortable, yet still get the excitement of a night out on
the town.
Spread across three character-filled floors including a
ground floor or public bar, the cocktail bar, and of course
the rooftop.
The Public Bar embodies the traditional Rocks pub vibe
with inside and outdoor seating and TAB facilities. Tucked
away on the middle level is the classic 1920s Hollywood-inspired cocktail bar - perfect for intimate drinks with
friends or cosying up in winter. There’s also a selection of
private dining rooms, including the Grand Dining Room
and Club Room.
No matter what time you visit, The Glenmore is always
fun, welcoming and comfortable. A place where staff are
experienced and go above and beyond for everyone.
Fun fact: it is one of the last surviving pre-Harbour Bridge
buildings on Cumberland Street.
