Crux is an entirely vegan restaurant located on the cruisy Military road in Semaphore Park, Adelaide. Established in August of 2018.. CRUX has dominated the (lack of) vegan scene in this cosy city. Creating mind blowing “you wouldn’t believe it’s vegan” meals and serving only the best specialty coffee, all while just casually changing the face of vegan and gluten free food.
