Sue Lewis Chocolatier creates fresh handmade chocolates using the world’s finest ethically sourced couverture blended with local, seasonal and often, organic produce. Unlike other chocolates, Sue’s creations contain no preservatives and are lower in sugar. Sue brings her delicacies to the heart of the city, with her stunning State Buildings store where she makes on site. On its elegant marble bench, Sue prepares her handmade chocolates and welcomes chocolate-lovers with exclusive tasting nights and chocolate classes. Sue is committed to producing chocolates that reflect her values - fine, sustainable, and ethically sourced chocolate, local ingredients that support local producers and promotion of small batch, single origin chocolate.
