Distillery welcomes visitors for tours, tastings and cocktails at the first artisan spirits distillery on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Located only 15 minutes from the Manly Ferry Wharf, the Manly Spirits Co. Distillery has on offer an award-winning range of premium Australian spirits that are crafted to showcase the finest Australian produce, sustainably sourced native botanicals and foraged marine botanicals. Open Thursday to Sunday, guests are invited to visit the Distillery Tasting Bar for a relaxed tasting experiences and cocktails. Distillery tours can be booked for a behind-the-scenes experience which is an extraordinary way to view the beautifully engineered copper pot stills and to touch, smell and explore the Australian botanical pantry and taste award winning spirits. ‘Distill your own bottle of gin’ classes are also on offer at the Gin school in the distillery along with cocktail making masterclasses. Driven by a desire to create quality spirits, the Manly Spirits Co. team have combined science, innovation and a large dose of the Australian Way to expertly design and craft this distillery and expressions.
