Transport yourself back to the Victorian age and step inside the spectacular Marble Bar. One of Sydney’s most unique and icon venues, this is your chance to drink, dance and live the speakeasy lifestyle in this heritage-listed underground bar and music venue. Built in the former Adams Hotel in 1893, the Victorian structure was painstakingly dismantled, transported and reassembled in Hilton Sydney in 1973 – where the restored mahogany bar and marble archways still awe guests to this day. The underground setting gives an almost clandestine feel and the cocktail and bar menu is indeed inspired by the prohibition era. The subterranean hangout is renowned for its edgy live music. Sit back in push leather chairs- drink in hand- as the acts bring down the house.
