At Penrith Ice Palace you can feel the cold air on your face and the ice beneath your toes at any time of the year. The state of the art facilities including an Olympic sized ice rink and offers general public skating sessions, figure skating clubs and lessons, children's birthday parties, synchronised figure skating and learn-to-skate programs. Ice skating is not only a great way to entertain and energise kids, it's also one of the best value activities in Western Sydney. Recommended dress code is winter wear: long pants, long sleeve shirts, jumper, jacket, gloves, beanie, long thick socks. For those who are just starting out on their ice-skating journey, Penguin Skate Aids are available to hire. These little creatures are pushed along the ice at a safe speed and are used to support and protect young skaters as they manoeuvre across the ice rink.
