Family owned and operated, Darkes Forest Riding Ranch is set in native bushland just over an hour south of Sydney, and 30 minutes north of Wollongong. It's a great place to enjoy a trail ride or a lesson. Experienced ride leaders and instructors are keen to share their love of riding with people of all ages and experience levels - and safety is always the top priority. Activities and classes are designed especially for children and lessons are available for beginners and advanced riders of all ages. Darkes Forest want to make your visit safe and fun! Helmets provided for all riders. Enjoy the Lazy Haze Kiosk with a range of hot and cold food and specials each weekend. Purchase that special shirt, hat or other gift in the gift shop to take a bit of Darkes Forest home with you! There are barbecue, picnic facilities and ample parking.
