We are 4th generation pear growers and self taught cider makers offering our guests a complete tree to bottle experience. Look at our historical refrigeration, a tour takes you through how we harvest fruit, how it is stored including walking into a large commercial coolroom which is a sensory delight! We look at how we grade fruit on a modern grader ready for market, and then visit all the different stages required to make a world class cider or sparkling juice. We show how we crush the fruit, how we ferment, how we bottle and label as well as how we pasteurise to make our products shelf stable. Once the tour is complete, we offer a full tasting of our range of products, and the opportunity to purchase products and fresh fruit to take home.
