De Bortoli Wines is a fourth-generation family-owned business. On tasting at our Hunter Valley Cellar door is a selection of table wines including our two Hunter Valley wines, Chardonnay and Shiraz. A selection of their world-class Premium Fortified wines and the iconic De Bortoli Noble One Botrytis Semillon are also available for tasting. Local artisan craft markets are held every Saturday at 9 am-3 pm. Barbecue cooking classes are available on select Saturdays.
