Carillion Wines at Tallavera Grove is a family owned boutique winery which consists of three premium vineyards located in the Hunter Valley, Orange and Wrattonbully. A visit to Carillion Wines at Tallavera Grove is a unique experience, the stunning views and vineyard covered hillsides of this serene, tranquil valley are as rewarding to behold as the wines to taste. Head Vigneron Tim Davis teams up with legendary winemaker Jim Chatton to create a range of wines of original character and exceptional quality. Together with the prestigious Bistro Molines, home to Hunter Legends Robert and Sally Molines, a visit to our Cellar Door and the Bistro is a wine and food experience not to be missed in the Hunter Valley.
