The Restaurant at Leaves and Fishes opened in 2004, providing a fresh, smart and simple approach to informal dining in the Hunter Valley. Their takeaway-style menu focuses on seafood, with an Asian kick served in a casual format, perfect for visitors and locals alike. Enjoy a bite in-restaurant, or to go with their eco-friendly, single-use packaging. Leaves and Fishes took the closures of hospitality venues in 2020 as an opportunity to reflect on the past 15 years and realign themselves to their original ethos of providing a fresh, smart and simple dining option in the Hunter Valley.⠀⠀ Your next experience in The Restaurant will look a little different. Same great food (yes, you will be able to enjoy your chicken wing hit!), just served a little simpler. ⠀ Bookings will not be required in the restaurant. Leaves and Fishes love a spontaneous lunch and want to be the spot you can enjoy just that.
