Be inspired and broaden your horizons! Join Majors Lane Cooking School for a fun outdoor cooking class on their beautiful 100-acre vineyard. Hands-On classes include Thai Street Food, Fresh Healthy Vietnamese and Authentic Mexican. In these classes, you will learn how to create a fantastic banquet of four or five dishes and enjoy your creations at the end of the class or to take them home if you prefer. Masterclasses include Low and Slow Smoking, an in-depth look at USA barbecue where you will learn all you need to know to cook mouth-watering smoked meats, rubs, sauces and sides. All classes include a souvenir apron, recipe booklet and a glass of wine or beer with your meal. Classes are hosted by Majors Lane Cooking School and Lovedale Smokehouse’s Owner/Chef/Pitmaster Ben Sales. Ben is a level four qualified Chef and is extremely passionate about food and loves inspiring participants with his in-depth knowledge, skills and travel and food experiences. Individual and group bookings are welcome. Class sizes are limited so book early so you don't miss out. Private classes at a time that suits you are available with a minimum of six participants.
