Clarence Town is a small, pleasant, sprawling and tranquil township picturesquely situated by the Williams River banks, 204 kilometres north of Sydney and 50 kilometres north of Newcastle. Clarence Town Bowling, Sport and Recreation Club Ltd is a community venue for Social and Community Forums, Bingo, meetings, Seminars and Council Issues.
The William IV Restaurant provides an excellent atmosphere for weddings, birthdays, special functions, seating up to 90 patrons, with the adjacent auditorium seating an additional 100 patrons. Weekly specials and themed nights are available for all members and guests.
