Established in 2007 Sylvia’s Kitchen Tasmania is a small friendly home-style cooking school. Sylvia welcomes you into her own home just minutes from Launceston in the picturesque Tamar Valley. Following her philosophy of ‘you are what you eat’ Sylvia is a Chef, Food and wine tutor, recipe developer and Food Stylist who loves sharing her professional experience so you can achieve your full foodie potential. Cook authentic menus using quality local ingredients with fresh herbs and edibles from Sylvia's kitchen garden. Savour a generous meal of the delicious dishes cooked in class with a complimentary glass of wine. Master Italian hand-made pasta. Enjoy Spanish Tapas. Prepare a Moroccan tagine. Be tempted by Thai.
