Meanwhile ... In the tiny seaside hideaway of Beechford, "street artist" James Cowan, better known as ‘KreamArt’ has illuminated a concrete water tank with a colourful work of art. The mural features a large kookaburra and seaside themes.
The work was commissioned by the Beechford Residents and Property Owners Association.
