Our Tasting Room specialises in gin flights, where you can build-your-own Gin and Tonic with a range of spirits, interactive garnishes and mixers to create your own flavour combinations. With extensive behind-the-scenes knowledge of spirit creation, we deliver an education experience. Guests can learn as much as they desire about gin history, the process of production, botanicals, flavour profiles, garnishing, cocktail creation and how best to enjoy this incredible spirit.
Never fear, if you prefer a local craft beer or quality South Australian wine, you can certainly do that and our food is exceptional. From gourmet local antipasto platters, to cheese plates, house-made dip platters and incredible, gourmet sour dough toasties, we have something to suit every palate.
