Welcome to our first brewing home, a place where makers are celebrated – our own and others. Whether it’s dining in our award‐winning restaurant led by Head Chef Emma McCaskill, drinking a limited‐edition specialty release brew from our pink floorednano‐brewery or sitting on our rooftop bar with one of Adelaide’s finest cocktails, there’s a space for everyone. Sparkke at the Whitmore opened in March 2019, in Adelaide’s CBD and is the first women-owned and women-run pub and nano-brewery with lauded chef Emma McCaskill heading up the kitchen. The hospitality scene is still male dominated, but Sparkke at the Whitmore has set out to prove, with all of the accolades it has shortly received since opening, that this is due to outdated power structures in the industry and not a lack of female talent and gumption.
