Emerge serves dishes that are not overly complicated. They have a passion for steaks served with delicious sides. Their steaks are flavoursome, tender and cooked to perfection.
Although they specialise in steaks they cater for all customers and include vegan options packed with flavour and nutritious ingredients. The majority of the menu is gluten free and the team are more than happy to cater for any other allergy or dietary choice.
Emerge is a warm, friendly yet intimate and personal setting. It is by no means fine dining but definitely something a little more than just an average meal. The service is excellent and the perfect balance of attentiveness without being overly invasive.
Emerge has a lunch menu that runs Tuesday to Saturday with options from $15-$20. Emerge also has a steak night that runs on Tuesday nights each week. The steak is a 300gm local porterhouse, served with hand cut chips and salad. There are toppers on offer to add to your steak.
Lastly, Emerge runs a three course lunch and dinner on Sundays for $38.
