Pho @ Flinders is a permanent food van offering completely authentic Vietnamese street food in the heart of Flinders village.
Chiến, their chef, grew up just outside of Hanoi in a family that has run Phở restaurants for over 30 years. Although a qualified civil engineer, Chiến has always had a love of food and cooking. Chiến has been in Australia since 2017 and opened Pho @ Flinders in 2018.
All Pho @ Flinders food is prepared from scratch and cooked fresh on the premises. Vegetarian and vegan options are available. All takeaway containers are compostable.
