Dedicated to the presentation of genuine cooking traditions, Ciao Bella prepares authentic pizza using quality ingredients and freshly prepared hand-pressed dough.
Superior local products are utilised including Leontyna Extra Virgin Olive Oil and locally produced buffalo mozzarella. Only the best quality cured meats and cheeses are used, thereby resulting in a truly artisan product.
In addition to the pizza menu, there are always a few pizza specials based on what is being harvested in their garden and on local farms. Special pizzas include heirloom tomato and fresh ricotta, local fig, gorgonzola andprosciutto and organic asparagus and taleggio cheese.
