Ocean Eight Vineyard and Winery

Ocean Eight Vineyard and Winery is owned by the Aylward family who started producing wine on the Mornington Peninsula in 1997. The focus was top quality wine that suited the climate of the Mornington Peninsula, specialising in making Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and recently released a sparkling wine, inspired by the French Champagne. All Ocean Eight's wines are made in small quantities and batches to ensure high quality and a focused style of their Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and sparkling wine can be achieved. The winery is located on Tucks Road in Shoreham on the Mornington Peninsula. All grapes picked for this small production come from the 17 hectares of vineyard owned by the Aylward family. Ocean Eight Vineyard and Winery wines can be tasted and purchased from the cellar door. The cellar door is open four days a week from Thursday to Sunday.
