Get in touch with wildlife at Maru Koala and Animal Park. Enjoy hand feeding and patting the koalas, kangaroos and wallabies, which includes rare albino animals. Join hourly koala tours inside the koala enclosure with the opportunity to have your professional photo taken with one of the koalas. See a range of animals including dingoes, Tasmanian devils, wombat, quoll, a crocodile and the nocturnal and reptile houses and meet the keepers at regular talks including the Wildlife show in the auditorium. Then set sail into Pirate Pete's mini golf adventure and enjoy 18 holes of pirating fun around the 30 metre Pirate Ship. Enjoy a meal in the licensed Homestead Bistro with a tempting range of fresh foods all prepared by the talented team. Maru has sealed paths throughout and amenities for all abilities, with plenty of seating and sheltered and shaded areas. We also offer a range of gifts and souvenirs with some packages available to purchase online. Maru welcomes group and private bookings and also caters for children's parties and have an outdoor play area. Owned and run by the Heffer family for over 30 years, they personally take the time to ensure you enjoy your visit.
