Aus Woodcraft is proud to provide bespoke wood products to tourists and locals that are 100 per cent Australian owned and made. They are located in the charming village of Loch, which is popular with tourists and set amongst the rolling green hills of South Gippsland.
Terry specialises in items made to order, but you are welcome to browse the workshop for pieces that have already been made or to choose pieces of timber to work with. They can make furniture of every description from coffee tables and cabinets to mirrors and plant stands. Rustic coat hangers using railway spikes are very popular, as well as cutting boards and turning blanks.
Terry brings out the beauty and colour of each piece of timber and creates unique, quality products. Local timber such as Redgum, Blackwood, Ironbark and Cypress is used to create a wide variety of furniture and household items. They also stock materials such as sandpaper, glue, stains and oils. They are also happy to give advice and talk about their products and timber.
Their workshop is open Saturday and Sunday 9:00am – 4:00pm or anytime by appointment. Please visit their website or Facebook page for examples of the stunning products they produce or drop into their workshop for a browse and meet Terry the craftsman, in person. The workshop is wheelchair and pet friendly.
