The Discovery Menu is their signature degustation experience. Each course is inspired by one of their wines and celebrates pristine local produce, the progress of the vines and the nuances of each season. Changing every two months, each menu has a theme. Their March 2020 menu was titled 'BACCA' (Latin [BAK-UH] meaning Berry) with Chef Santi Fernandez paying tribute to the late summer harvest season.
A salute to the food and wine of place, the Terroir Menu is their shorter choice menu, allowing you to curate your own experience over four courses.
