The Goon Tycoons are proud to call the Abbey Vale vineyard and cellar door their home. The Abbey Vale cellar door, located in the Yallingup Hills, is situated within the internationally renowned Margaret River Wine Region. The Abbey Vale cellar door is home to: Goon Tycoons, the Yallingup Cheese Company – Margaret River’s only artisan cheese maker, Wulura Olive Oil – a premium Margaret River olive oil producer. These partners in crime form the backbone of the Abbey Vale cellar door, a group of artisan producers seeking to showcase the amazing produce from the region. The Abbey Vale Wines cellar door is perfectly situated on the property, sitting among the vineyard, while overlooking the large dam which provides visitors with one of the most sublime views in the region. Established in 1985, the vineyard was sold to its current owners in 2001 and remains family owned with a driving commitment to quality. The original Abbey Vale vineyards were planted in 1985 and represents 17 hectares under vine and from these original plantings, the highest quality fruit comes from blocks of Chardonnay, Semillon, Malbec and particularly the Cabernet Sauvignon.
