Whatever you are after, Black Brewing Co is guaranteed to give you a quintessential taste of Western Australia's South West region. Generous, bold and wild at heart, they make some of Australia’s most uncompromising craft beers as well as their Dune Distilling Co gins, all served alongside a delicious menu made from locally-sourced ingredients. Their beers tell a refreshing tale of time and place, inspired by the Margaret River region, the Indian Ocean and Western Australia’s incredible produce and people. The session and Pale Ales, Lager, IPA, Bao Bao Milk Stout, and Cider are their “regulars,” but there’s nothing regular about them. Their one-off, seasonal and limited releases, which include fruity sours and goses, walk an even more adventurous path. But that’s what Black Brewing Co is all about. They develop and discover new brews all the time, and a sunny day of tastings at their Caves Road restaurant and bar could lead to many places. They are as thirsty for new experiences as they are new flavours. Just be curious and ready to crack a cold one.
