The Wine Collective Restaurant and Regional Cellar Door combines innovative food, great wines, and superb views. The restaurant is situated in the grounds of the Macedon Ranges Hotel and Spa complex and overlooks Mount Macedon, surrounding valleys and has views of Melbourne and beyond. The restaurant offers a menu that reflects the seasons and includes local produce. The venue provides a unique setting for special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries and group functions. Bookings are advised.
The regional cellar door features wineries of the Macedon Ranges. Tastings are available Wednesday to Sunday at the beautiful purpose-built counter. Enjoy a glass of local wine or the full dining experience. Visitors can gather information about the wineries of the region, pick up a tourist map and there is also a small retail space with gifts for the discerning wine lover.
