Piper street's little shop is home to their famous Traditional English Pork Pies plus lots of other delicious pies, quiches, salads, pates, terrines, dips, cheese, olives and lots of local produce The perfect place to stock up and explore the region.
The cooking school classes are based on traditional methods and recipes. Chef Damian Sandercock loves sharing the old-school techniques of how to make everything from scratch using the best ingredients.
Classes are seasonal and we keep them small with only 10 people per class. So if you have ever wanted to know how to make your own ‘old school’ sausages, bread or pasta or it is your life ambition to perfect a pork pie, then come to Kyneton for a rewarding, informative, fun day out.
