Scarborough Beach Pool is much more than just a swimming pool.
Located on the promenade overlooking the Indian Ocean, it is home to the only beachside pool in Western Australia, geothermally heated so it can be enjoyed all year round.
The main lap pool is heated to a perfect 27 degrees and has eight 50 metre lanes and four 25 metre lanes, so there is plenty of space for swimmers of all abilities. In addition, there is a separate shallow leisure pool heated to 32 degrees which is ideal for children and a great place to relax and unwind.
With a 200 seat grandstand and spacious open air seating areas, the pool is without a doubt the place to be. On hot summer days you can relax on the sun lounges (with optional shaded areas) and cool winter days you can still enjoy a dip thanks to the year-round geothermal heating.
Their group fitness classes take advantage of the unique positioning on the West Australian coastline. These exciting outdoor programs encourage group participation to keep you motivated, accountable and most importantly, to get you the results you’re looking for.
