Sourcing their free-range pork from award-winning McIvor Farm and produce their own lamb and beef from Green Hills Farm, their property in Malmsbury. Daylesford Meat Co also stock an extensive range of products from local producers.
All the beef is aged for 21 days. This ensures that the flavour is maximised and the meat is really tender. You will not find any better beef.
The pork pies and terrines are all hand-made here and fly off the shelves. And also have one of the best selections of cheeses in the region. Perfect for grazing platters on lazy afternoons with friends or family.
