Kilderkin Distillery is a small Victorian distillery based in Ballarat, focusing on producing high quality gins along with laying down some fine spirit for malt whisky production.
Their mission is to live their dream of producing high quality spirits that will be enjoyed by everyone, including those with a preference for drinking their spirits neat as well as with carefully chosen mixers. The distillery produces a range of Larrikin Gins including Scoundrel (London Dry Gin), Original (an Australian Gin that uses a range of carefully selected native botanicals), and Sunburnt Country Bushtucker Gin.
Their gins are available through select outlets as well as directly online. Once current restrictions are relaxed, visitors will be welcome again at the Kilderkin Distillery cellar door in Ballarat, which is shared with Red Duck Brewery. Guided tours of the distillery are available, please call to discuss.
