Daylesford Cider specialise in the more traditional styles of cider made using English heritage cider apples grown organically on the property. The award-winning range include single varietal ciders, traditional still ones, others that are bubbly, some dry and others more full fruited.
The infamous cider tasting paddle is an excellent place to start upon arrival, with seven different ciders for $15.
The kitchen offers lunch Friday-Monday, with a regularly changing, modest menu reflecting the season.
