Nestled among the Perth Hills at Raeburn Orchard is their cellar door Roleystone Brewing Co. A unique destination in itself, Raeburn Orchard offers visitors an opportunity to see how and where their produce is grown while tasting the goods. Their ciders are brewed by friends with a shared love of cider, a commitment to quality and a passion for delivering a true grass-to-glass product. What started out as a concept amongst two friends Adam Casotti and Ross Catalano, Roleystone Brewing Co. was originally inspired by an oversupply of apples and a desire to brew and drink quality natural cider.
