Award-winning chef David Thompson brings his famed Thai recipes to Perth with Long Chim. Tucked into the State Buildings in a vaulted cellar, Long Chim is a triumph of casual dining, combining traditional street food with contemporary flavours. Long Chim is Thai for come and taste. Their food, their menus and the restaurant offers just that, a taste of the streets and markets of Thailand.
