Mount Granya State Park is a dominant feature in the Upper Murray landscape. Its steep, forested slopes rise dramatically above Lake Hume and surrounding valleys to form prominent ridges and plateaus. The park has diverse vegetation and spectacular wildflowers.
Picnic at the Mount Granya Summit (950 metres) and enjoy views of the surrounding valleys and distant mountains. The distinctive call of the Lyrebird is often heard on the nearby Lyrebird Walk.
