The Gallery restaurant at Bird in Hand offers a sustainable, farm-to-table dining experience with a seasonal menu that features the very best produce that South Australia has to offer combined with fruit, herbs and vegetables from the on-site kitchen garden.
Our chef offers two dining experiences for lunch: the share-style Signature Flight featuring an evolving, locally-sourced menu, and the Joy Flight, an exciting, evolving culinary journey that unfolds to reveal an elite progression of ingredients, flavours and textures.
The Gallery showcases our collection of art, curated and commissioned especially for the space, with pieces chosen to provide an inspired dining experience.
Guests can also enjoy perusing through Bird in Hand’s private art and sculpture collection set amongst the Mediterranean-style gardens all year round.
The restaurant is open for lunch 7 days a week except Christmas day with bookings between 12pm and 2pm.
