Enjoy a meal, a tour or a tasting from our daily offering of more than 120 Australian wines, the National Wine Centre has something for everyone regardless of previous wine knowledge. All you need to do is find a wine you like! Conveniently located in the Adelaide CBD, adjacent to the magnificent Botanic Gardens, the National Wine Centre of Australia's architecture is eye-catching with its distinctive wine barrel-shaped exterior and rammed earth walls, colossal wooden beams, shaped glass and brushed aluminum interior. Come for an hour or come for several, we invite you to enjoy our food, our wine and the experience. Your visit may comprise a tour of our wine discovery journey, a sommelier hosted tasting from the country’s largest selection of Australian wines, a masterclass or simply marvel at our world-class architecture and the largest open-air cellar in the Southern Hemisphere and our 18,000 bottles wine collection. Our Wined Bar or the Terrace overlooking the beautiful Botanic Gardens is perfect for a light meal or lunch then perhaps take a bottle or two home as a memento of your visit.
