Lurking beneath the floorboards at the back of our bistro is our new, and possibly Adelaide's smallest, boutique bar. Licensed for just 35 people, this will surely give you an excuse to sneak out of the office a few minutes early to score a seat at the booth or bar. In keeping with delicatessen fundamentals, our philosophy down stairs is to serve high quality liquor that we know and love, prepare it simply, ‘perfect the classics’ with a little tweak here and there to occupy the barkeep.
